 厦门宝力肽生物科技公司是由留学美国的资深分子生物学家及厦门风险投资家共同创建。宝力肽公司将在厦门火炬高科技园区建立一个分子生物学新技术和新产品的研发和生产基地。为了加快公司的前进步伐以及完善公司的团队，我们计划在厦门地区招收4-5名研发和生产科技人员。有意向的申请人员必须具有以下的知识背景和个人素质。

分子生物学研发人员

1．            知识背景

1）            必须具有大学本科以上学历，有很强的分子生物学知识基础。

2）            经过严格的分子生物学实验培训并有很强的自我学习能力。

3）            动手能力强，能熟练地操作并准确地完成不同的分子生物学实验，包括DNA克隆，PCR基因放大，基因连接，重组，转染，质粒的分离，鉴定，以及表达。

4）            能很好的构建高效蛋白表达载体并在离体细胞中表达。能够熟练的运用分子筛柱，离子交换柱，亲和柱，蛋白透析，蛋白浓缩等方法来纯化表达的蛋白质。

5）            能够熟练地又准确地鉴定分离蛋白质的活性。

6）            能够熟练地掌握，应用，和维护不同的分子生物学仪器，包括PCR仪，蛋白分离仪，超速离心机，水平和直立电泳仪，DNA及蛋白电泳技术，真空干燥仪，HPLC，电泳成像系统，分光光度仪等。

7）            具有很好的中文写作能力，很强的英语阅读能力以及一定的英文写作能力。

 

2．            个人素质

1）            必须能每天准时地工作

2）            申请人员必须有极强的事业心，上进心。

3）            很强的专心工作能力，和一定的抗压力心理素质。

4）            耐心，认真，准确地记录每天的实验内容。

5）            很好的口头交流能力，和写作技巧。

6）            具有团队的工作精神，能服从公司的整体发展思路和计划。

       销售代表，销售经理

职位描述：
1、负责生化试剂销售，管理，拓展销售渠道。
2、开拓生物蛋白化学试剂市场与客户。
3、建立全国高效销售网络，维护良好的客户 关系。
4、熟悉厦门地区的主要客户；如厦大，厦门高科技园与厦门重要生化试剂公司。

应聘要求：

1、分子生物学、生物化学、医学或免疫学等相关专业背景，本科或硕士学 历。具有销售能力的人才专业不限。
2、具有订购实验室生物化学试剂产品，有客户销售经验及成功销售记录者优先。
3、有高度责 任心和良好沟通协调能力。还是高效的管理者。
4、性格外向，灵活，勤奋，有开拓能力和敬业精神， 诚实可靠，团队意识强。

5．表达清晰，条理分明。英语良好，能熟练使用电脑。

1）           公司有三个月的培训期，在培训期满后可成为公司的正式员工。培训期间可获得

不低于厦门同行业的平均月工资。

2）           正式员工可获得高于厦门同行业的平均月基本工资以及月职务津贴等。

3）           完成工作指标后的超额部分可提取奖金。工作杰出者可晋升为生产部门经理。
