We accept purchase orders issued from established institutions and corporates. The purchase order should include the types, quantities, and prices for the products. Purchase orders should be made payable to Neubiogene Inc and include the shipping and billing addresses.

Shipping

FedEx (2-business days) is our primary carrier unless otherwise specified. We offer free shipping during the promotion. The products will be shipped out 24-48 hours after receiving of the order. The shipping method 4 is for international purpose and the fee may vary according to the destination and the weight of the package.

Return Policy

Our products are guarantee for promised quality. You may return the item for credit or replacement. You have to contact us within thirty days of receipt of your shipment to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions to facilitate the return process.
